How do I remove the background from my image?

Removing a background is simple and takes just a few steps:
Upload your image using the upload button.
Click on the specific area or color you want to remove.
Use the Tolerance Slider to fine-tune how much of the background is deleted.
Click Take a Copy to generate your final image, then right-click to save it to your device.

What does the Tolerance Slider do?

The Tolerance Slider controls the intensity of the removal. If you increase the tolerance, the tool will remove more similar colors near the area you clicked. If you decrease it, the tool becomes more precise, removing only the exact color selected.

Can I manually clean up parts of the image?

Yes! If the automatic tool misses a spot, use the Manual Remove tool (the picker). You can adjust the Brush Size Slider to make the picker larger for big areas or smaller for fine details and edges.

What if I make a mistake while editing?

Don’t worry! You can use the Undo button to revert your last action. This allows you to experiment with the tolerance and manual picker without fear of ruining your progress.

How do I save my final work?

Once you are happy with the results:
Click the Take a Copy button. This processes your edits into a final, clean image.
Right-click on the generated image and select “Save Image As…” to download it to your machine.

Does this tool support transparent backgrounds?

Yes. By removing the background layers, the tool creates a transparent PNG effect, making it perfect for logos, product photos, and graphic design projects.
